Customer Satisfaction Analysis of Minimarket X with CVA method

In this post I give you  a summary of thesis that used Costumer Value Analysis method. The title of thesis is customer satisfaction analysis of Minimarket X with CVA method for more description as follows :

1. Purpose of research
  • The main purpose of this study are determine perceived value of consumers toward products and services that provided by Mini Market X and they competitors.
 2.  Result of research
  • Market Perceived Quality Profile, The value of market perceived quality profile of Minimarket X is 1.080, it means the service quality of Mini Market X still more worse than other competitors.

  • Market Perceived Price Profile, The score calculation of market perceived price have a purpose to make actual price comparation with they competitors base on customer value. Criteria of cost variable are consist of  Product price and Transport Fee (including park charge). From the research, Mini Market X have perceived price 1.010, it means they product price is more expensive that other competitors. 
  • Customer value map analysis was built by score of perceived quality and perceived price of Minimarket X and they competitors. Function of CVM is to know more details about how far the customer to make assessment toward company service and is compared with the price offer. In this research, the position of Mini Market X in the risk zone on the fair value line.

  3. Summary of research
  • The Board of Management of Mini Market X  must make a new strategy to maintain and reach more customers, especially strategy of service quality because they quality service are more worst and they price product is more expensive than competitors.
